OUR STORY: Crafting a New Approach to Framing

FRAME EAST was born from the frustration of working in a larger workshop for a print company where the art of framing was overlooked in favour of quantity, speed and profit.

With a move to online sales and an ever increasing gap between the customer and the maker the consultation is often sacrificed. In this environment the customers rarely get what they need, and the personal connection between the maker and the customer vanishes.

We decided to take a different approach. We believe in bringing back the meaningful collaboration between maker and client. It's not about pushing volume; it's about enjoying the process and focusing on the details that matter most to us. And most importantly understanding and delivering the clients vison together.
